Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you ("the customer") and GMC for the garden services we provide across Melbourne. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are free and based on information you provide and our assessment on the day.
- Prices on our pricing page are a guide; your job's price is confirmed in your quote.
- We'll discuss any change before proceeding if a job differs materially from what was quoted.
2. Bookings and cancellations
- Regular service is on an agreed day; we give notice of schedule changes.
- Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule where possible.
- Repeat late cancellations or no-access no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
3. Access and site conditions
- Provide safe, reasonable access (unlocked gate, pets secured).
- Tell us about hazards (hidden pipes, steep drops, aggressive pets, sprinklers).
4. Payment
- Due as agreed — on completion for one-off jobs, or per invoice cycle for regular customers.
- We accept bank transfer and card.
5. Green waste and rubbish
Green waste from cleanups and major pruning is removed and responsibly disposed of. Household junk, building waste and hazardous materials are excluded unless agreed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Nothing excludes rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
