Refunds

Our Refunds Policy is designed to align with Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 of Australia, as well as Parts 6 and 7 of the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010. 1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are applicable within 30 days of the original purchase date.
   • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items:

   • In the case of faulty or incorrect items, GMC will cover the return shipping costs.
   • Please contact our Customer Support within 10 business days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

3. Free Returns on Faulty Items:

   • If the product is found to be faulty or incorrect, GMC will cover the return shipping costs.
   • Customers must notify our Customer Support team within 10 business days of receiving the item to qualify for free returns.

4. Exchanges:

   • Exchanges are possible, with shipping costs to be covered by the customer.
   • The item being returned must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1.

5. Refund Processing Time:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the return item being received and inspected by our team.
   • The refund will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Restocking Fee:

   • A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns.
   • The restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price, along with the original shipping cost, and the net amount will be refunded.

7. How to Initiate a Refund:

   • To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@gardenmc.com.au with your order number and details of the return.
   • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for the return shipment.

8. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to, gift cards and downloadable software.

GMC reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item does not meet the specified criteria outlined in this policy.
