Returns

At GMC, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our Returns Process is designed to make it easy for you to return damaged or faulty items, and to facilitate exchanges when needed. Please follow the steps outlined below to initiate a return:

1. Notify Us:

• For damaged or faulty items, or if you wish to request an exchange, please notify our Customer Support team within 10 business days of receiving the item.
• Contact us at hello@gardenmc.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

2. Return Authorization:

• Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
• Do not return any items without obtaining an RA number.

3. Pack the Item:

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available.
• Include a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and the RA number provided by our Customer Support team.

4. Shipping Instructions:

• Our Customer Support team will provide you with shipping instructions, including the return address and any specific requirements for the return.

5. Return Shipping:

• For damaged or faulty items, GMC will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid shipping label or specific instructions on how to proceed with the return.
• For exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

6. Inspection and Processing:

• Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue.

7. Refund/Replacement/Exchange:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.
• Please refer to our refund policy here.
• Replacements or exchanges will be processed, and you will be notified of the shipping details for the new item.

8. Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation emails at each stage of the return process, keeping you informed about the status of your return.

Note:

• Please ensure that returned items meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Refunds Policy.
• Do not return items without obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Support team.
