  • Delivery time commences after your payment has been cleared, and the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, this occurs within 1-2 working days after the receipt of cleared payment.

2. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • For customers in Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
  • For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

3. Delivery Guarantees:

  • Neither Garden MC nor our delivery partners can guarantee specific delivery dates or times as these are beyond our control.

4. Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the rare event of a parcel being returned, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

5. Inaccurate Address:

  • If an order is returned due to address discrepancies, a member of our customer care team will contact you. A re-delivery cost will apply.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:

  • If you are not present during the delivery, a notification will be left for you to collect the parcel at your local post office (for Australia Post deliveries).
  • For deliveries by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance. A re-delivery cost applies if you are not home at the arranged time.

7. Rejected by Receiver:

  • If the recipient rejects the parcel, please ensure they are aware of the delivery to avoid rejection. A re-delivery cost applies in such cases.

8. Delivery Time Variations:

  • The expected delivery time provided by each courier partner is for reference only. Various factors may affect delivery times, and delays might occur.

9. Contact Customer Service:

  • If you do not receive your item within ten business days, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance.

10. Pick-Up and Courier Arrangements:

  • Pick-up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure efficient dispatching.

11. UNDELIVERABLE POSTCODES:

  • While we strive to deliver Australia-wide, there are a few undeliverable postcodes for specific SKUs. Additional shipping fees may apply, and affected orders will be cancelled and refunded with email notification.

12. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

13. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
